Shout Out to the Maintenance Team at Los Atlos Towers
Hello, I want give a big shout out to the maintenance team at Los Altos Towers. This week Bubba did a repair in my bathroom ... and he was quick. He showed up prepared with parts and had a trash bag to clean any mess. Bubba even did a great job sealing any cracks. Mucho thanks! I don't want to leave out Jerry. He's always been super helpful and understanding with my concerns and repairs. I can only imagine how hard it is keeping everything in an older complex up and running. move in is you want to be treated like trash
worst place EVER!!!!! nothing gets fixed management is horrible the office ladies are very disrespectful and there is no ... way to get ahold of someone higher than GINA!!!! the building is always smelling nasty and it dirty. not worth the money you pay. Home sweet home
Manager is so nice and helpful so are the maintenance men. Every one is nice to my daughter whom is disabled . We never had ... an issue getting her out or in the building. She swims and works out . RENT HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU CANT LIVE YOUR LIFE
In almost a year of being at Los Altos towers that I have never felt so trapped or changes anywhere in my whole life. They ... have way more than regular lease rules they change them constantly. Everything to a notice is being charged for up to $35 if they put a notice on your door . If they put out notices and they have the wrong dates on it and we're supposed to have 24-hour notice but the date is wrong on the flyer it is our fault and they will charge you a $75 fee because the pest control was not able to get into your home or they should not have been there because it was not a 24-hour notice. They are towing people's cars left and right if they don't live on the property even if they are not parked in the covered parking which is paid for. People have family members all the time and friends that come to visit and stay over so how would they be able to know who comes and goes from your home. That shouldn't even be a problem or their business unless there's some kind of altercation or illegal activity going on. You feel like you're living in a prison basically and you're being watched constantly of who comes and goes from your home what you do it's not even a comfortable environment to live in anymore The locks on the gates are broken and have been for quite a while they say they replaced them but the gates still can open easily without a key.. The call boxes are broken where they are not able to call to the apartments to get in to whoever they come to see. Maintenance blows all the trash from the parking lot into one corner of the parking lot and don't pick it up. So it ends up blowing every where after they spent four hours with their loud blowers all morning. Sometimes the cleaners don't change the mop water from the smell of the hall after they are done cleaning. It smells like mildew or wet clothes. All the floors are painted different colors and horrible colors that don't look good at all and they did a crappy job and paint is still everywhere it shouldn't be. Good morning, dear resident. We deeply regret any inconveniences you have experienced during your residency here at Los Altos Towers. We understand that these new policy changes can be frustrating, and we would love the opportunity to discuss this more with you so we can clear up any confusion. Luckily, the $30 notice fee only pertains to notices posted due to some kind of violation of the lease contract, and on that note, we are not liable to change the rules of the lease contract at any time after the contract has been signed by all parties. In regards to items around the property that need improvement, we completely hear you and understand you! In fact, we are currently working on many things including fixing the front door keypad and hiring a full-time housekeeper to take the place of the current cleaning crew. Lastly, to help you avoid any more unfortunate run ins with the towing company, please make sure your registration, and your guests', is up to date to stay in compliance with New Mexico law and your lease contract. And getting worse
I have lived here for 7 years and this place used to be wonderful. After management changed 3 years ago it has been completely ... downhill even after a 35% rent increase for all. That created a mass exodus leaving dozens of empty apartments where they immediately did cheap renovations creating weekly water shut- offs, flooding and constant noise. The spa hasn't worked in 4.5 years and the pool, sauna and steam room are filthy! The large duck pond fountains have been broken for several months and it's just brown stagnant water. Disgusting! Our weekly cleaning people have not been around so the hallways and common areas, gym and indoor pool area are filthy. No excuse! Read More about And getting worseBy: Anonymous
